Matthew Golden
Golden may be the most intriguing name in this story.
Every first-team snap he earns during Kraft’s and Musgrave’s absence is experience that may not have existed had Green Bay been running its normal two-tight-end packages.

If this news were already priced into the fantasy market, we’d expect to see a noticeable buying surge for Green Bay’s pass catchers.

Two starting tight ends opened training camp on the Active/PUP list, yet Green Bay’s wide receivers aren’t seeing a meaningful buying wave. In fact, Watson, Reed, and Golden have collectively been sold more often than they’ve been acquired during the same period.
That tells us the fantasy market is treating these PUP designations as routine offseason news instead of recognizing the potential shift in offensive opportunity.
From a Delta Fantasy perspective, that’s where an edge can exist.
Fantasy managers typically react when rankings change.
Opportunity changes first.
